Our passion and dedicated journey
Our inspiration for breeding and training Pomskies came from a deep love for their sharp intelligence, affectionate personalities, and striking Husky-like appearance in a companion size. We started this journey to raise healthy, well-socialized puppies with calm, stable temperaments, giving each one a strong foundation to flourish as a cherished family member.
Working hands-on with Pomskies since 2021, we continually deepen our knowledge of responsible breeding practices, genetic health testing, early puppy development, and positive training methods. Our ultimate mission is to thoughtfully match every puppy with the right home and support them every step of the way.
Ethical breeding and rigorous health standards
At Mt. Hood Pomskies, health always comes first. Every single dog in our breeding program undergoes comprehensive DNA screening for more than 250 genetic health conditions. We meticulously evaluate these results when planning each pairing to significantly reduce the risk of passing inherited diseases to our litters.
Before heading home, every puppy receives thorough age-appropriate veterinary wellness checks, up-to-date vaccinations, and routine deworming. We provide each adopter with transparent health records and complete peace of mind.
Farm-raised socialization and lifelong support
Our puppies grow up on our farm with gentle daily handling, foundational training, grooming exposure, and steady introduction to normal household noises, varied surfaces, and diverse farm animals. This rich environment helps them blossom into fearless, well-adjusted companions ready for home life.
Our relationship does not end on pickup day. We provide lifetime support for feeding, training, and general care, love receiving updates, and will always step in to help ensure every dog stays safe and loved throughout its entire life.
